Our own connection
A home on Airbnb
We host an apartment in Lisbon and link to its separate Stay page. That is our accommodation, not an independent hotel recommendation. Airbnb confirms availability, prices and booking terms.
no small print surprises
Good recommendations. Clear connections.
You should be able to tell why a link is here, who benefits and what stays independent.
In short
Lisbonline links to our own Airbnb home on a separate Stay page. No affiliate programme is active in the city guide today. Future advertising or sponsorship will be labelled, and any affiliate commission will be disclosed by the link. Payment will not buy a personal favourite or change our editorial picks.
Where things stand
Ticket links
Ordinary links for now
No affiliate programme is active in this guide. Current venue and ticket links are ordinary links; no partner deal or discount applies.
Future partnerships
Clear labels, separate placements
We’re open to relevant partnerships. A paid placement will be labelled “Advertisement” or “Sponsored”. A future affiliate button will explain the commission next to the link, before you click.
What money cannot buy
- A place in a named personal favourites list.
- A higher editorial ranking or a made-up review.
- A “free”, “open” or accessibility claim without evidence.
- A commission-driven rewrite of a news story.
If we enable affiliate links later, they will replace eligible links we already use, not add a stop just to earn a commission. The disclosure will describe the actual arrangement, not promise a saving.
Postcard from Lisbon
Our newsletter is being prepared; public sign-up and campaigns are not open yet. Future sponsorship will be labelled within the issue. We will not give sponsors subscriber email addresses. Newsletter choices and question sharing are separate; see the privacy details.
Something that genuinely belongs in the guide?
Use Advertise & partner to tell us what you have in mind. We do not promise coverage, traffic or a positive recommendation in exchange for an enquiry.
Quick answers
Do you take bookings here?
No. Ticket purchases, venue bookings and accommodation reservations happen on the linked operator’s site. Their prices and terms apply.
Are the current ticket links affiliate links?
No affiliate programme is active. If that changes, eligible links will have a nearby disclosure and a sponsored link relationship.
Does sponsoring the newsletter buy a recommendation?
No. A labelled advertising slot is separate from editorial picks and personal favourites.
