The Daikin Sensira unit is in the living room, with no separate unit in the bedroom.

These are the practical details we would want to know before choosing a place.
A separate bedroom
A 140 × 200 cm double bed, with a sliding door separating the bedroom from the living space. The sofa bed is the sleeping space for a third booked guest.
Coffee, breakfast & staying in
Your own kitchen with a hob, microwave, kettle and Nespresso Vertuo machine. Vertuo capsules are different from Nespresso Original capsules. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Connected, without going out
Fibre plan maximum: 1 Gbps download / 400 Mbps upload. Wi-Fi speed varies with the device, signal and network use. Ethernet is also available.
A cooler living room
A Daikin Sensira 9000 BTU air conditioner is in the living room. There is no separate air-conditioning unit in the bedroom. Instructions are in the guest guide.
Pack a little lighter
A washer-dryer (8 kg washing / 5 kg drying), drying rack, iron and ironing board, and hairdryer are available. TV and a speaker are there for an evening in.
Travelling with a child?
We have a KikkaBoo SO Gifted travel cot, a Lineluck high chair and child-safety equipment. Tell us your child’s age and the setup you need before arrival, so we can check suitability and arrange it. The cot is not necessarily assembled in advance.

Check-in, in your own time
Standard check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. We offer self check-in, including late arrivals, and an in-person welcome depending on the agreed time. Let us know when you expect to reach the home, not just when your flight lands.
Early flight, late flight?
Early entry, dropping bags before check-in or leaving them after check-out depends on the previous or next booking and cleaning. Please ask in your Airbnb conversation and wait for confirmation; these arrangements are not automatic.
Luggage options & our storage map ↗Coming by car
You may find a street space nearby, but it is not reserved and availability varies. The street is narrow and manoeuvring takes care; a compact car is easier. Nearby paid garages are a useful backup.
Your driver may need to stop at the start of the lane rather than directly at the door. Agree the final approach with us before arrival if you have luggage or need help.
Quiet hours at home: 23:00–07:00. Please keep our neighbours in mind when returning late.
